Easy English, no small print. These terms set out how we work together, what we promise, and how ownership works.
Who this covers
These terms apply when you hire SkyNexa Technologies to design, build, or maintain a website, online shop, application, or software system. Every project also receives a written proposal detailing the exact scope, timeline, and deliverables before any work starts.
One affordable price
Every written quote we provide is affordable and does not change. The price agreed before work starts is the price on your invoice. If a task takes longer than we anticipated, that is our responsibility to absorb. You only pay more if you choose to request additional features or changes outside the agreed scope, which we will always quote and confirm in writing first.
You own everything we build
Upon settlement of your final invoice, all intellectual property, bespoke source code, designs, layouts, and assets created specifically for your project become 100% yours. We do not charge ongoing proprietary licensing fees for our custom work, and we do not lock you into our hosting or care services. If you ever decide to move elsewhere, we will hand over everything cleanly.
30-day bug warranty
We stand behind the quality of our work. For 30 calendar days following the live launch of your project, we will fix any bugs, code errors, or layout defects that arise at no charge. This warranty covers the agreed scope of work as delivered.
Confidentiality and trust
We treat all project discussions, business data, and customer information you share with us as strictly confidential. We will never sell or disclose your information to third parties, and we are happy to sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before viewing sensitive materials.
Stopping or changing work
Either party may cancel a project before active development begins with no fee. If you need to stop or pause work mid-project, you only pay for the milestones completed and delivered up to that date. You retain full ownership of all completed deliverables paid for.
Working together
To keep your launch on schedule, we ask that you provide feedback, decisions, and required materials (such as text, images, or account credentials) within reasonable timeframes. We will keep you updated at every stage so there are never surprises.
