Plain English, no boilerplate. This covers what happens to the details you send through the enquiry form.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, optionally an organisation name, the area you need help with, an optional budget range and timeline, and your project description. We do not collect anything else, and there are no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this site.
Why we collect it
To read your enquiry and reply to it. That is the only purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent, or share your details with anyone.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms, a form-relay service that forwards the message by email. If the send fails, a copy of your draft is kept in your own browser's local storage on your device so you do not lose what you wrote — that copy never leaves your machine and you can clear it by clearing site data.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are retained for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation that resumes later, then deleted. If an engagement follows, the relevant records are kept for as long as the contract and our tax obligations require.
Your choices
Email contact@skynexa.tech at any time to ask for a copy of what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will action a deletion request within 30 days and confirm it in writing. You never need a reason.
